The Planning Stage
Once you have the perfect design, it’s time to get the permissions in place to build it!
During the Planning stage, we’ll help you apply to your Local Authority for either Planning Permission, or a Lawful Development Certificate if your project falls under UK Permitted Development rights.

How it works
Planning Package
We’ll put together a full planning package with your existing drawings, proposed drawings, site information and all verifying information required by your Local Authority.
Upload & Submit Application
We’ll then package up your project, ensuring the council has everything they need. Once submitted, we’ll nominate you to pay the council’s application fee directly. This will validate the application and assign you a planning officer who will work with our team throughout the process.
Assessment & Decision
Once validated, applications typically take around 8 weeks to reach a decision. During this time, our team will liaise with the Council on your behalf, handling any comments and questions directly. This will ensure you have the best possible chance of a successful outcome.
